Located between Cancun and Isla Mujeres, the MUSA Underwater Museum was founded in 2009 to protect coral reefs by creating alternative dive and snorkel attractions. The sculptures, crafted by Jason deCaires Taylor and other artists, have become habitats for coral and marine life.
