El Cielo is extremely shallow — around 3 to 5 feet deep — making it ideal for standing, floating, and snorkeling comfortably.
No. As part of responsible tourism, we do not touch or remove the starfish — they’re sensitive marine animals. We admire them with respect, and your guide will explain how to protect them.
Yes! You can book a morning dive followed by this snorkeling tour in the afternoon. Just ask us for combo packages.
From Playa del Carmen to Cozumel it takes around 40–45 minutes with stunning coastal views.
