Cancun Wreck Dives
The C-55 and the C-58 were funcional ship gunboats both functioned during WWII. Their wreckage was completely broken by the last strong hurricane to hit Cancun in 2005 Wilma .
Now in 2021 this shipwreck dive is for Advanced Open Water divers only, as we explore the interior three levels of the ships at a depth of 85 feet. Since this wreck dive is slightly more demanding than other Cancun dives, it is considered advanced.
We will take you to dive first one of the two wrecks and as a second dive we will dive the reefs inside the Cancun Marine Park.
Sometimes the current is strong on the wreck, that’s why we ask for good buoyancy and divers with some more experience, preferably you have AOWDL or open water divers with at least 20 dives and have recently dived for them.

- NOTE: Long Wetsuits on rent
