Open Water Referral in Cancun

Open Water Referral Course

The referral course is designed for those who have completed the academics at home and want to finish their Open Water course in Cancun. This course is valid for YMCA, CMAS IDD, NAIJI, SDI SSI, PADI, and more. It includes four open water dives in the ocean and beach sessions if needed.

Day One

The instructor reviews the exams and papers of the theoretical part that you already completed at home. At 1 p.m., you head out to the dive zone. We do two different shallow dives on the first day.

When we return from the dives around 4 p.m., your driver will be waiting for you to take you back to your hotel.

Day Two

Today we do two different dives at a depth of 60 ft. Beto or Daniel, our scuba instructors in Cancun, provide you with all the scuba equipment and assist you with anything you need both days.

After the dives, you are transported back to your hotel.

Transportation

• Cancun hotel zone or downtown: $330 MXN / Approx $15 USD per day per person
• Moon Palace and Playa Mujeres hotel zone: $440 MXN / Approx $20 USD per day per person
